Shipment: The minimum Shipment is 12.500 MT. First shipment shall begin within 15 to 20 days after receipt and confirmation of an operative financial instrument acceptable to the seller’s bank and completed within stated time.
Performarce bond: The Seller will post 2% performance bond (PB) for the monthly shiment, after 7 days receipt of payment instrument.
Inspection: S.G.S inspection for quality and quantity service at Seller’s cost shall inspect the commodity at place of loading.
Payment instruments accepted for 12 month contracts: LC, SBLC, MT-760, MT 103.
All payment instruments must be irrevocable, unconditional, confirmed, unrestricted, & transferable, issued by a 50 top Banks.
Fee agreements are issued upon execution of Final Contract.
